Product Description

Palletizing unit
The main body is welded with high-quality carbon steel, with stable structure and strong bearing capacity. The outer surface is made of spray paint and has a beautiful appearance. Special powerful magnets are used with uniform distribution to ensure uniform and stable magnetic force to meet normal production needs. The lifting movement of this machine adopts the combination of servo motor and linear slide rail, which has stable operation and accurate position. The horizontal movement of this machine adopts the combination of servo motor and ball screw, which has stable operation and accurate position.
Conveyor chain platform
The side plate of the conveyor mesh belt is made of SUS304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2.5mm, the transition plate is made of stainless steel, and the transmission chain mesh adopts a segmented chain mesh, which is made of imported POM material.
Control System
Equipped with a control box, the touch control panel can display: real-time product information and parameters such as equipment operation (optional). Equipped with complete safety door locks, safety emergency stop switches and other safety devices to ensure equipment safety and personal safety; it is convenient for workers to control the equipment.
