KYZXL850-1 Cage Loading System
Summary
The system is mainly applied to cans. Before sterilization, the equipment is used for automatic caging, through modular mesh chain conveyor to transport cans. The cans is divided into whole columns and from the bottom up layer after layer automatically installed in the cage, through the cage conveyor system transport to the sterilization pot for sterilizing. During the whole loading cage process, the partitions are inserted automatically, rising automatically, dividing and loading cans automatically, falling automatically. When the cage is full, the cage stops filling automatically. The perfect configuration mechanism is used to replace the manual loading cans, which saves manpower and greatly improves production efficiency.

Main structures and features
1. The main support part of loading cage adopts 80*80 carbon steel to weld and the outside surface adopts paint spraying process.
2. Cage and basket guiding structure,can guiding structure and guard plate part all use stainless steel and the guiding can be adjusted. Cage and basket of positioning adopt cylinder to be fixed, steady structure, positioning accuracy, it can load the cage smoothly.
3. The lifting platform is lifted or lowered by the hydraulic supporting transposition arm without the need of hole opening on the ground and the lifting and lowering actions are stable. The carrying capacity reaches above 1T. A photoelectric sensor is mounted on the top to inspect each layer of filled cans for positioning, it can control the lifting height accurately. About the baseplate of cage falling, it is installed automatic inspecting device, it has tally function to every falling layer.

The cage loading action is completed by the encircling structure, which limits the external size of the whole layer can, and then transmits the synchronous belt driven by the self-braking motor controlled by frequency conversion to ensure that the cans will not appear extruding deformation or tilting when they linearly move.
6. The side plate of the mesh belt of the conveying tank is made of a steel SUS304 with a thickness of 2.5 mm. The mesh belt is a 12.7 mm short-pitch chain. The mesh belt is made of imported POM material, has stable operation, high wear resistance, and the wear rate is 60% of other similar products.

KYZXL850-2 Cage Unloading System
Summary
The system is mainly applied to all kinds of cans. After sterilization, the cans are automatically unloaded, and then conveyor from the retort to the unloading station through the cage frame transportation system. The partition board is automatically removed, the finished cans automatically rise, automatically drop, automatically stop after unloading, and the finished cans is conveyed through the modular mesh belt conveyor to replace the manual canning mode with the perfect configuration mechanism to save manpower. The production efficiency has been greatly improved.
