Introduction
The automatic capping machine produced by our company is composed of two parts, the capping and the capping, and the installation position can be adjusted freely. Main structure and features
1.The machine body is made of SUS304 stainless steel with beautiful appearance and good durability.
2.The cap handler mesh belt guiding and fixing mechanisms of the machine are our unique patented design. The contacting area between the mesh belt edge and pressing board is large. The mesh belt runs smoothly and stably, and effectively avoids mesh belt slipping. The scraping board and the machine lined board fit close to each other to effectively improve the cap hanging rate. It is featured by high overall cap exiting rate, high speed and reliable performance.
3.The slide way part adopts patented design. The slide way side board is made of SUS304 stainless steel sheet. The slide way adopts φ5 round steel, made of SUS304 stainless steel. The cap movement resistance is reduced and the occurrence of cap blocking and extrusion is avoided. The slide way is designed with the reinforcing board to improve the slide way rigidity and ensure no deformation. It is also provided with adjustable device to make it more suitable for various cap sizes.
4.All parts in the machine that contact the cans are made of macromolecular polyethylene, nylon, rubber, polyurethane and other soft materials to effectively avoid scratching of cans.
