Product Description

Depalletizer machine is mainly used for automatic unstacking of all kinds of tinplate cans, aluminum cans, glass bottles, plastic bottles and other empty cans. It will stack on the pallet of empty cans, from the bottom to the top layer of promotion and layered push to the conveyor chain, can save a lot of manpower, improve production efficiency.
Description
1.Main Machine Module
The main body is welded with stainless steel pipe. Inner lining plate is made of the SUS304 material; The whole pallet lifting station has a bi-directional clamping, which can recover and correct the deformation of the whole pallet glass bottles, to prevent glass bottles from falling and extruding during lifting process. Hydraulic lifting platform has a stable structure, good load capacity and high space utilization rate; the photoelectric sensor is installed on the top to detect and fix position, which makes the accurate control of the machine.
The unloading part adopts encircling structure, which limits the external dimension of the whole layer cans, to ensure that the cans will not appear extruding deformation or dumping stuck.
2.Stack Buffering Conveyor
The stack buffer conveyor is welded with high-quality carbon steel pipe, with strong structure, reserved empty pallet buffer stations, the load capacity can reach 2.4 tons; high-strength drive transmission; a guiding structure to ensure the smooth entry of the pallet.
3.Can Buffering Conveyor
The mesh belt runs smoothly and has high wear resistance. The pallet can go through the transition area freely and smoothly.
4.Automatic Empty Pallet Collection Unit
The lifting part is stable and reliable, the palletizing is neat and square. The maximum number of bearing layers can reach 10. 
5.Personnel Operation Platform
The operation platform is welded with high-quality carbon steel square tube, the protective fence is made of 40x40 square tube, and the foot supporter is made of anti-skid aluminum checkered plate. Both sides of the platform are equipped with protective fence, and the end is equipped with ladder and handrail to ensure the safety of personnel. 
6.Control System
The control system includes control box and the touch screen control panel which can display the real-time product information, the running condition of the equipment and other parameters (optional). To ensure the safety of the equipment and personnel, the emergency stop switch and other safety devices are installed; the equipment can be operated easily by workers.
