24/24/8 Automatic Micro Negative Pressure Washing Filling and Capping Machine
This machine is a micro negative pressure bottle washing filling and sealing machine designed and manufactured by our company. The equipment is stable with advanced technology, beautiful shape and complete function.
This machine is mainly used for PET bottle washing filling and sealing.
1.Technical parameters
1)Bottle washing part:
This machine is a rotary bottle washing machine, mainly used for empty bottle washing of drinks, water and other products. Then the bottle is sent to the filling part for the filling of the product.
The PET bottle enters the equipment through star wheel, by the clamp and the turning mechanism, turning the bottle mouth downward, after the aseptic water washing and draining, automatically flips to the bottle mouth upward, passes through star wheel to the filling machine. The contact part between the equipment and the flushing medium and the external shield are of high quality stainless steel material. It is open gear transmission.
The washing part is equipped with a water pan to recover flushing water.
When flushing, the flushing quantity of each bottle is: 105ml/s (0.25MPa)
The wear resistance disk is controlled by air pressure to reduce wear effectively.
2)Filling part:
The filling part realizes filling the water into the washed bottle sent by the flushing part.
The filling part is designed and manufactured by our company by introducing German technology and using the principle of rapid filling.
The filling valve adopts mechanical valve, single open valve technology, quick and sensitive filling, high filling liquid level accuracy. Low bottle mouth or conventional bottle mouth can achieve full filling.
The double guide rod bottle lifting structure is adopted to stabilize the bottle lifting and alignment.
The main drive adopts gear drive immediate open combined transmission, which has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, long life, convenient maintenance and sufficient lubrication. The main motor speed of the machine is controlled by frequency converter, and the stepless frequency conversion speed regulation is used in this machine.
Guide bottle system, simple structure, can be quickly and conveniently changed according to the bottle type, the whole machine adopts clip bottleneck structure conveying.
The whole machine is PLC automatic control, fault on-line display, such as bottle blocking, lack of cover and so on.
Automatic control of material in filling cylinder and liquid level height is detected by liquid level sensor to ensure liquid level stability and reliable filling.
The key parts and electrical components of this machine are imported products.
3)Sealing part:
Sealing part: the tidied cap is screwed to the bottle of the filled product by the cap sorting machine and sent to the rear process by the conveyor chain.
The sealing machine drives the rotary disk to rotate through the reducer. Make the cap leave the hopper from the outlet under the action of centrifugal force. There is a positive and negative cover separation device at the exit. When the reverse cover passes, the cover automatically falls into the return pipe and automatically blows the reverse cover into the hopper through the wind. Only the front cover can enter the slide smoothly, and the number of the cover in the hopper is controlled by the photoelectric switch to control the cover machine, so as to ensure the best effect to send cover. When the main cover enters the slide, it can enter the feeding cover disk smoothly. In order to prevent accidents, an anti-reverse cover dial is arranged on the slide to ensure the correct direction of the cover entering the feeding cover disk. A pair of photoelectric switches are also arranged on the slide. When no cover is detected, the main engine is stopped immediately. In order to effectively remove the bad cover without theft ring and the residual cover when cleaning the hopper, there is an active exit directly opposite the hopper to meet this function.
The equipment has automatic centralized lubrication.
