Based on the advanced technology of similar foreign products, our company has independently developed PET aseptic cold filling production line. Aseptic cold filling production line adopts aseptic isolation technology to ensure the sterilization of filling materials, packaging environment and packaging containers. Sterilize the bottle and cap with disinfectant to ensure the sterility of the packaging container. Clean and sterilize the internal and external surfaces of the equipment by means of COP and SOP, and maintain positive pressure in the filling environment by using aseptic air, so as to achieve grade 100 clean environment. CIP and SIP methods are used to clean and sterilize the material pipeline to ensure that the material sterilized by UHT is not polluted, and ensure that the final product meets the requirements of commercial sterility. Using PROFIBUS bus control technology to realize the communication between single machines and the whole line control, online display of the whole line running status and fault alarm, greatly improve the level of automatic control, reduce the possibility of artificial misoperation.
Adopting modular design, the empty bottle sterilizing machine, empty bottle rinsing machine, filling machine and capping machine are combined into four in one.
1. The unit shall seal all parts of empty bottle sterilizing machine, empty bottle rinsing machine, filling machine and capping machine with isolation cover.
2. The empty bottle sterilization machine adopts the process design of internal spraying, external washing and draining with disinfectant medium at the same time.
3. The bottle rinsing machine adopts aseptic water internal spraying, external washing and draining process design.
4. Non-contact filling valve, effectively prevent secondary pollution.
5. The electromagnetic flowmeter is used to measure the filling quantity, with high precision and easy adjustment of product varieties.
6. Equipped with automatic fake cup mechanism, automatic installing fake cup in CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization.
7. Use magnetic constant torque to screw the cap to ensure the qualified rate of screw the cap.
8. Set up centralized automatic lubrication system.
9.CIP and SIP operations are automatically controlled.

PET bottles are sprayed and sterilized by disinfection solution and then sent to the bottle rinsing machine. Aseptic water is used to wash off the disinfectant remaining on the inside and outside surface of the bottle, and then drained into the filling machine for partial filling. After filling, the residual materials on the bottle mouth thread are washed off with multiple aseptic water before entering the cap screwing machine. The products with screwed caps are sent out by the conveyor belt and sent to the finished product warehouse after automatic labeling, coding, automatic packing and stacking.
The cap is sent to the cap screw machine after the cap conveyor, cap sorting machine, disinfection machine, aseptic water washing, aseptic air drying.
Aseptic water system, aseptic air filter, disinfectant preparation system, steam filter and CIP/SIP system are necessary peripheral equipment for aseptic filling.
