KY series bottle unscrambler is the latest generation of automatic intelligent unscrambler, which adopts intelligent fully closed visual design, photoelectric detection, double anti-sticking bottle function, suitable for a variety of bottle types. The whole machine is made of high quality stainless steel, sturdy and durable, stable operation, reduce labor quantity, reduce production cost, and increase bottle speed without increasing load. The main engine is equipped with ultraviolet sterilizing box, which can change the dust cover, which can meet the aseptic requirements of medicine, dairy products, drinks, milk and other production lines.
2. The full-automatic bottle unscrambler is a supporting device for soft drink filling, which is used to deliver the disordered PET bottles neatly to the production line in order to improve the production efficiency.

The PET water bottle is loaded into the storage hopper of the elevator manually, and is lifted to the main cylinder by the belt, and the rail is driven by the bottle guide plate, and then the PET water bottle is connected with the next working procedure through the slide way into the air conveyor.
Main structures and features
1.Bottle elevator
1) The whole working process of the bottle-making machine and the elevator is automatically finished by the PLC
2) The lifting mechanism consists of a bottle storage hopper, a lifting belt, and a frame. The operation and the stop of the lifting mechanism motor are controlled by the PLC.
2. Bottle-discharging mechanism
The bottle-discharging mechanism is composed of three parts: main engine, fan and bottle-out. The main engine sends the bottle to the station, the bottle is turned vertical by the bottle turn-over device, and then the PET bottle is sent to the air conveyor through the exit.

 

1) Bottle-out

The bottle-out part is designed by the aluminum slide block, is beautiful and practical, has simple operation, can be freely adjusted up and down according to the height of the bottle, can be additionally provided with an adjustable pressure plate, and can effectively prevent the bottle from falling, so that the bottle out can be more stable.

2) Bottle-stirring wheel

The bottle-stirring mechanism is an aluminum plug-in type bottle-stirring wheel, which is convenient and quick to install and replace the bottle-stirring strip, and the operation time is shortened. The bottle-stirring strip is made of high-quality polyurethane, and the material has the characteristics of high strength and large elasticity, has no damage to the bottle body, and prevents the bottle from scratching.

3) Touch screen

Automatic intelligent design, PLC program control device, man-machine dialogue window, lifting, bottle separation, speed of bottle-out can be adjusted arbitrarily. The body is equipped with photoelectric detection switch, production speed, total production on the screen with real-time display.
