Introduction
The inspection machine adopts two independent detection systems, which are used for detecting different forms of leakage of the aluminum film of the product, such as aluminium film not-tight seal, breakage, and cap loose.
Principle
The extrusion pressure unit uses extrusion and contact pressure sensing technology for detection. When the bottle body passes through the detection machine, the belt on both sides of the detection machine squeezes the bottle body, and the pressure sensor behind the belt transmits the pressure value in real time. The control center analyzes the pressure value and makes a judgment. In order to feedback the product aluminum film sealing whether there is leakage; The signal is transmitted to the eliminating device, which will remove the nonconforming product. 
The liquid level detection unit is based on the principle that X-ray technology and low-energy photon source interact with the measured substance, and the ray intensity changes with the position of the material surface to control the capacity of the filling liquid material. Because of its non-contact measurement method, it fundamentally solves the problem that the conventional weighing method can not measure the filling liquid material capacity in the production line. Therefore, it is widely used in the online detection of lubricating oil. The main structural characteristics of the detection unit: non-contact detection, detection speed, high precision; Can work in the pipelined transmission belt variable speed state, not limited by the transmission belt rate stability; The instrument has strong anti-interference ability, high reliability and good long-term stability; The number shows the cumulative count of qualified and rejected products.
