Main Structures & Characteristics
1.The whole body is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
2.By adopting special imported spray nozzle, it can erupt conical water spray, which can wash the can body in all directions, make the inner of the can cleanliness reaches the food hygiene level, and equipped the sewage recovery port.
3.The slide adopts stainless steel skeleton and is coated with polyethylene wear-resistant strip to ensure that all contact parts of the can rinser with the can are made of polyethylene to prevent the scratches of the can.
4.This machine is equipped with one channel, the flushing area is one sections, which can be used in one type of can, and the installation is simple.
5.Automatic water supply unit

Filler&Sealer
This machine is the latest automatic filling and sealing equipment developed by the company based on the digestion and absorption of domestic and foreign can filling and sealing machine. The principle of atmospheric pressure filling is adopted. When the empty tank enters the lifting tray through the dial wheel, the filling valve is aligned with the empty tank, and the empty tank is raised and sealed. At the same time, the valve port of the filling valve is automatically opened, and filling stops when the filling liquid level blocks the return pipe port of the valve. The filled can is sent to the head of the sealing machine through the hook chain, and the lid is sent to the mouth of the tank through the cap feeder and the indenter. When the supporting tank mechanism rises, the indenter presses the mouth of the tank, and the sealing wheel is pre-sealed and then sealed. After the jar is sealed, it is pushed out by the head of the capping mechanism, and then it enters the tank.After the end of production, the filling machine can realize one-click automatic CIP cleaning.

Main structural features
1.The electronic temperature display configuration is located at the unit control panel. The difference between the displayed temperature and actual temperature is ± 1ºC.
2.The level control in the filling barrel adopts three-point type high and low level control, installed with liquid level sight glass made of tempered glass.
3.When the temperature of liquid materials in the filling barrel is lower than the filling temperature,the machine will stop automatically.
