Depalletizer machine is mainly used for automatic unstacking of all kinds of tinplate cans, aluminum cans, glass bottles, plastic bottles and other empty cans. It will stack on the pallet of empty cans, from the bottom to the top layer of promotion and layered push to the conveyor chain, can save a lot of manpower, improve production efficiency.

6.Automatic cardboard picking unit
Cardboard automatic suction mechanism, special customized organ-type suction cup, suction clapboard is firm and reliable, strong adaptability, and can adapt to a certain degree of bending cardboard. The cardboard removal mechanism and the can unloading mechanism cooperate with each other, which greatly saves the unloading time and improves the working efficiency of the whole machine.

Main structures and features
1.Host machine module
The main body is made of high quality carbon steel pipe welding,the overall appearance spray industrial paint,beautiful and generous.The lifting part is gantry type structure,equipped with high strength roller chain for four angle positioning,with strong bearing capacity,stable structure and other characteristics.Top detection and positioning,high control precision;unloading the cans smoothly,through the throttle control to ensure the can body will not appear extrusion deformation or dump stuck.
2.Stack buffering conveyor
The main body adopts high quality carbon steel pipe welding,stable structure,3 standard reserved stack space,bearing capacity up to 3.2T;palletizing power selection of well-known brand motor;the driving part is high strength double row roller chain;guardrails are arranged on both sides of the pallet to correct the direction of the whole stack.Guiding structure is designed for the main palletizing station to ensure the smooth entry of cans stack.
3.Can buffering conveyor
Mesh belt side plate adopts 3mm carbon steel plate,the surface of the whole spray paint,the mesh belt runs smoothly,high wear resistance.
4.Automatic palletizing unit
Holding and lifting is stable and reliable,and stacking is neat and square.The maximum number of bearing layers can be up to 10 layers.
5.Personal operation platform
Made of high quality carbon steel square tube welding,40×40 square tube for the guardrail,foot surface for aluminum anti-skid pattern plate.The operation platform is equipped with guardrail,the end is equipped with climbing ladder and handrail,to ensure the safety of personnel.6.Automatic cardboard picking unit
