Compared with conventional palletizing equipment, the robot palletizing system can simultaneously meet multiple production lines and is a variety of products at the same time.
The palletizing system includes: box conveying system, box finishing system, robot fixture, robot system, tray conveying system, tray buffer system and so on. Product carton after automatic sealing machine or membrane charter by the box body conveying system to the housing system, after finishing is arranged by the robot through the fixture to grab, grab the products according to product demand pattern step by step a pallet, pallet conveying system is completed by tray conveying to the forklift receiving point waiting for receiving or docking with the automatic three-dimensional library.
