Equipment introduction
The air knife dryer uses the large air volume generated by the blower to forcefully blow off/dry the water droplets outside the bottle to achieve the effect of drying, so as to prepare for the next step of coding or packaging such as sleeve labeling and labeling. The overall structure of the air knife dryer is reasonable and simple, and the operation is simple. At the same time, the drying principle is through the wind instead of high temperature. It is more suitable for some plastic bottles that are not resistant to high temperature. It is an ideal choice for small drying equipment. The air knife dryer is mainly composed of 11kw (2 5.5Kw) vortex fans, stainless steel and glass frame and air knife. Double rows of small air knives are used, and the air knives can be freely adjusted up and down, left and right, fully ensuring the drying effect, and also has strong applicability to bottles of different diameters and heights.

Main Structures & working principle
1.The structure of the whole machine is composed of the frame part, the air knife blowing dry part and the electrical part.
2.Working principle: after starting the high-pressure vortex air pump, when the bottle passes through the blow drying machine, the high-pressure air flow blown by the vortex air pump forms a linear high-pressure hot air area under the action of the air knife. At the same time, the high-pressure vortex air pump itself generates heat during operation to blow off the water droplets outside the bottle from top to bottom. At the same time, the bottle is blown dry to achieve the purpose of coding, sleeve labeling or sticker labeling in the back section.
