Main features
1) Rinsing part:
This machine is a rotary rinser, which is mainly used for rinsing new bottles of beverages, water and other products. The bottle is then sent to the filling section for product filling.
The PET bottle enters the equipment from the bottle-separating star wheel, and the bottle mouth is clamped by the clamp and the turning mechanism, and the bottle mouth is turned to the bottle mouth downward. After being rinsed with sterile water, it is drained, and the bottle mouth is automatically turned over until the bottle mouth faces upward. installed. The main structure of the equipment is in contact with the flushing medium and the external protective cover is made of high-quality stainless steel; open gear transmission.
The rinsing part is equipped with a drip tray to recover the rinsing water.

2) Filling part:
The filling part realizes filling water into the washed bottles sent by the rinsing part.
The filling part is designed and manufactured by our company by introducing German technology and using the principle of rapid filling.
The filling valve adopts mechanical valve, single valve opening technology, fast and sensitive filling, and high filling level precision. Full mouth filling with short or regular mouth.
The double guide rod bottle lifting structure is adopted to stabilize the bottle lifting and centering.
The main drive adopts gear drive and open type combined drive, which has high efficiency, low noise, long life, convenient maintenance and sufficient lubrication. The frequency converter is used to control the speed of the main motor of the machine, and the machine adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
The bottle guide system has a simple structure and can be quickly and easily changed according to the bottle type. The whole machine adopts the bottleneck structure for transportation.
The whole machine is automatically controlled by PLC, and faults are displayed online, such as blocked bottles, missing caps, etc.
The material in the filling tank is automatically controlled, and the liquid level is detected by a liquid level sensor to ensure stable liquid level and reliable filling.

3) Screw cap part:
The screw cap part twists the cap sorted by the cap organizer to the bottle that has been filled with the product, and is sent to the subsequent process by the conveyor chain.
The capping machine drives the turntable to rotate through the reducer. The cap leaves the hopper from the cap outlet under the action of centrifugal force. There is a positive and negative cover separation device at the outlet. When the reverse cover passes, the cover automatically falls into the return pipe, and the reverse cover is automatically blown into the hopper by the wind. Only the front cover can smoothly enter the chute, and the amount of cover in the hopper is automatically detected by the photoelectric switch to control the cover feeder to ensure the best effect of the lower cover. When the front cover enters the sideways, it can smoothly enter the cover feeding tray. In order to prevent accidents, an anti-reverse cover dial is also configured on the sideways to ensure that the cover entering the cover feeding tray is correct. A pair of Photoelectric switch, when it detects that there is no cover, it will stop the host immediately. In order to effectively remove the bad cover without the anti-theft ring and the remaining cover when cleaning the hopper, there is a movable outlet directly opposite the outlet of the hopper to meet this function.
