Product Description

Depalletizer machine is mainly used for automatic unstacking of all kinds of tinplate cans, aluminum cans, glass bottles, plastic bottles and other empty cans. It will stack on the pallet of empty cans, from the bottom to the top layer of promotion and layered push to the conveyor chain, can save a lot of manpower, improve production efficiency.
Description
Main Machine Module
The main body is welded with high-quality carbon steel pipes, and the outer surface is sprayed with plastic and baking paint, which is beautiful and generous. The inner lining plate is made of 3mm thick SUS304 material.

The stacking part adopts a chain tensionable structure, which is easy to operate, runs smoothly, and has a stable structure. The standard configuration reserves 3 stacking spaces, and the carrying capacity can reach 3.2T; the stacking power adopts well-known brand motors; the transmission part is high-strength double-row Roller chain 12A (GB/T1243-1997), with guide strips attached; the guardrails on both sides of the pallet are made of high-quality steel, which can correct the direction of the entire stack; the main stacking station is designed with a guiding structure to ensure smooth entry of cans.

The whole stack lifting station has a two-way clamping plate, which can restore and correct the lateral deformation of the whole stack of cans to prevent the cans from being dropped and squeezed during the lifting process; the whole stack is clamped back to prevent the bottles from falling off. The hoisting power motor is controlled by frequency conversion, and automatically locked in the event of an unexpected power failure to ensure the safety of personnel and the cantilever stack from damage; the hoisting part is a double-rail cantilever structure, which has the characteristics of stable structure, good load capacity and high space utilization; The power transmission adopts high-strength roller chain 12A (GB/T1243-1997), and the lifting is stable; a photoelectric sensor is installed on the top to detect the positioning, and the lifting height is precisely controlled.

The unloading action is completed by the embracing structure, which limits the outer size of the whole layer of the tank when it operates, and then drives the synchronous belt transmission by the self-braking motor controlled by frequency conversion to ensure that the tank will not be squeezed or stuck when it moves with linear degrees of freedom.

Stack Buffering Conveyor
The side plate of the bottle conveying mesh belt is made of 3mm stainless steel plate, and the mesh belt is made of imported POM material. It runs smoothly and has high wear resistance. The wear rate is 60% of other similar products. The transition plate SUS304 adopts laser cutting technology with smooth edges.

Automatic Empty Pallet Collection Unit
This machine is designed with an automatic cardboard suction mechanism, and adopts a special customized organ-type suction cup. The suction partition is firm and reliable, and has strong adaptability, which can adapt to a certain degree of bending cardboard. In addition, the cardboard suction mechanism can cooperate with the embracing and unloading mechanism. When the unloading mechanism returns, the suction mechanism completes the action and grabs the cardboard to the cardboard placing platform. This link can greatly save the unloading time and improve the working efficiency of the whole machine.

The machine is designed with an automatic collection device for empty stacks. The lifting power motor adopts well-known brand motors. The empty stack lift beam is driven by the motor, which can be automatically opened and closed, and the stacking is neat and square. The maximum number of pallets can be up to 5.
