Main structure and features
1.Frame: 100×100mm High quality carbon structural steel welded frame, enclose with SUS304 protective coating, waterproofing treatment, table above can be washed at will;
2. Outside cover: 10mm high strength tempered glass protective cover, the good translucency is convenient for observing equipment operation. It is fashionable and beautiful.
3. Transmission part: using metal gear and MC nylon gear to mesh, that can reduce noise and transmit stably.
4. Bottle transmission: all the drive plate and guide plate of the machine adopt ultra-high molecular material, sturdy and durable,  it can effectively prevent glass scratches. The part of transiting bottle bottom is SUS304, it can reduce wear rate.
5. Rinsing bottle part: rinsing bottle pump can be high temperature resistance; Spray nozzles adopt solid conical nozzle, the nozzle angle is 15°,rinsing with dead angle; rinsing bottle time>2s, draining bottles time>1.5s, that can be ensured rinse thoroughly and also can be up to standard residue quantity in bottle.
6. Filling part: CIP cleaning; equipped with automatic switching valve,temperature sensor. When the materials temperature is low, the machine will not fill and switch to return tank.
7. Pipeline part: The machine integrates internal piping, all the inlets and outlets are in the only, that is convenient to connect customer to connect.
