This machine is our company's own design and manufacture of bottle filling screw capping machine, equipment performance is stable, advanced technology, beautiful shape, complete function.
This machine is mainly used for hot filling of juice, tea drinks and other energy drinks. Only need to replace a small number of parts, and can be applied to pure water, mineral water filling.
1. Technical structure characteristics
1) Bottle flushing part:
This machine is a rotary bottle flushing machine, mainly used for new bottle flushing of beverage, water and other products. The bottle is then sent to the filling machine to fill the product.
The PET bottle is clamped by the clamp and the turning mechanism to the bottle mouth down, washed with sterile water and drained, automatically turned to the bottle mouth up, and transported to the filling machine through the bottle out star wheel. The main structure of the equipment and the contact part of the washing medium and the external protective cover are made of high quality stainless steel; Open gear drive.
New stainless steel clamp, simple structure, easy to adjust; Less contact area with the mouth of the bottle, effectively avoid secondary pollution to the mouth of the bottle.

2) Filling part:
In the filling part, the material is filled into the washed bottle sent by the bottle flushing machine.
The filling machine is designed by our company, the filling valve has independent intellectual property rights, the use of pressure filling negative pressure reflux filling principle.
Filling valve adopts pressure filling negative pressure reflux method, filling fast and sensitive, filling liquid level precision is high. There is no spring in the valve, and the material does not contact with the spring, which is conducive to the cleaning of the valve. Ensure filling process and filling temperature requirements. When the filling valve has no bottle or is shut down, the material in the valve is in the state of slight reflux.
Opening and closing valve devices are added before the filling valve to realize the opening valve filling, and the closing valve after the filling is completed can accurately control the filling level and avoid the material sprayed by the filling valve from polluting the bottle mouth. And can effectively control the material return flow ≤5 ~ 8%;
Filling cylinder adopts full cylinder way to ensure the pressure in the cylinder is stable.
The whole machine has a perfect CIP cleaning structure.
Adopt double guide rod bottle lifting structure to make bottle lifting and centering stable.
The main drive adopts the gear drive. That is the open type combination drive, which has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, long service life, convenient maintenance and full lubrication. The main motor speed of the machine is controlled by frequency converter, and the machine adopts stepless frequency conversion to speed control.
Guide bottle system, the structure is simple, can be changed quickly and conveniently according to the bottle type, the whole machine adopts the card bottleneck structure to transport.
The whole machine PLC automatic control, fault online display, such as bottle blocking, lack of cover, etc.

3) Screw the cover part:
In the capping part, the lid arranged by the capping device is screwed onto the bottle of the filled product and sent to the later process by the conveyor chain.
The capping machine drives the turntable to rotate through the reducer. Make the cover leave the hopper from the outlet of the cover under the action of centrifugal force. There is a separation device for the reverse cover at the exit. When the back cover passes through, the cover will automatically fall into the return pipe and blow the back cover into the hopper automatically through the wind. Only the positive cover can enter the slide smoothly. The cover amount in the hopper can be automatically detected by the photoelectric switch to control the feeding machine, so as to ensure the best effect of the lower cover. When the front cover enters the guide rail, it can enter the feeding tray smoothly. In order to prevent accidents, an anti-reverse cover dial is configured on the guide rail to ensure the correct cover entering the feeding tray. A pair of photoelectric switches are also configured on the guide rail to stop the main engine immediately when no cover is detected. In order to effectively eliminate the bad cover of no anti-theft ring and the residual cover of cleaning hopper, there is a movable exit directly opposite the hopper exit to meet this function.
Screw cover is magnetic screw cover, with overload protection function, and screw cover torque is stable and reliable. There is no gnawing cover, high cover, crooked cover, roll edge phenomenon.
The machine adopts centralized lubrication system to lubricate each lubrication point conveniently.
