Using PROFIBUS bus control technology to realize the communication between single machines and the whole line control, online display of the whole line running status and fault alarm, greatly improve the level of automatic control, reduce the possibility of artificial misoperation.
Adopting modular design, the empty bottle sterilizing machine, empty bottle rinsing machine, filling machine and capping machine are combined into four in one.

PET bottles are sprayed and sterilized by disinfection solution and then sent to the bottle rinsing machine. Aseptic water is used to wash off the disinfectant remaining on the inside and outside surface of the bottle, and then drained into the filling machine for partial filling. After filling, the residual materials on the bottle mouth thread are washed off with multiple aseptic water before entering the cap screwing machine. The products with screwed caps are sent out by the conveyor belt and sent to the finished product warehouse after automatic labeling, coding, automatic packing and stacking.
