Cap Defect Detection Principle

 

This module from Sunrise Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. utilizes 2 CCD cameras and multiple light sources to capture images of the front and back of bottles from various angles. This ensures a comprehensive detection without blind spots, enabling efficient image acquisition. The primary function is to identify unqualified bottles, including missing caps, high caps, crooked caps, and broken or missing anti-theft rings.

 

The simultaneous imaging with front light and backlight allows for clear detection of front and side defects, as shown in the accompanying figure. By complementing each other, this system provides all-round detection capabilities.

 

 

Principle of Liquid Level Detection

 

This module utilizes a CCD camera to detect the liquid level in bottles. The camera captures images from the front, ensuring a horizontal representation of the liquid level when the bottle is stationary. The image processing principle distinguishes between the black area below the liquid level and the white area above it, enabling precise detection of the liquid level.
