Most of the canned food factories will first store the sterilized cans in the heat preservation warehouse for a period of time, carry out inspection and code printing operation, and then carry out case packing and delivery of goods from storage, so as to eliminate nonconforming cans to the upmost extent and ensure the conforming rate of cans delivered.
As there is no advanced equipment in China, most factories can only hire a great number of workers to complete filled can palletizing and depalletizing operations. Some factories even adopt unbelievable methods: First manually put the cans into the transfer cartons. Then pile the cartons on the pallets and send them into the heat preservation warehouse for storage. After heat preservation is finished, unload the stacks and take the cans out of the transfer cartons. Carry out inspection and code printing. Finally carry out case packing and delivery of goods from storage. This not only increases production costs, but influences production speed. Product structures and features
The main body is made of 160X80 high quality carbon steel pipe welded, which has stable structure and strong load-bearing capacity. The exterior surface is made of spray-plastic baking paint, which is beautiful and generous in appearance.
The side plate of the cans conveying belt adopts SUS304 stainless steel plate, the thickness is 2.5mm, the transition plate is stainless steel, the transmission chain adopts segmented chain and imports POM material. So the transmission is stable and durable.
This machine adopts 50×50×15 special strong magnet, which is distributed evenly and ensures the magnetic force to be even and stable and to meet the normal production requirements.
The lifting motion of this machine adopts servo motor combined with linear slide rail, it runs smoothly and has accurate position.
