1.Cage loading machine
Soild can through modular conveyor mesh belt conveyor, the whole layer of can, and is automatically loaded layer at the bottom of pile in sterilization cage, the whole process of loading cage will be automatically included in the board, automatic put in, automatic rise, automatic distribute and put in the cans, automatic fall, cage full automatic stop canning, tooling can replace people to improve the configuration of the institutions, greatly improve production efficiency.
2.Unloading machine cage
The cans in the sterilizing cage are automatically split to the conveyor line from the top to the bottom layer, and then the single column solid cans are transported through the modular net belt conveyor. In the whole process of cage unloading, the partition plate automatically takes out, rises and dumps the tank automatically, and the empty cage automatically stops and drops, so as to replace the manual unloading tank with perfect configuration mechanism and improve the production capacity.
3.Baffle storage unit
The height can be adjusted by hydraulic lifting, and the side guard plate can be adjusted back and forth. The partition plate position is conducive to suction cup grasping.

4.Bulkhead conveyor
Using engineering plastic chain to transport the partition board, will not cause damage to the partition board, transport smooth and fast. The guard plate can be adjusted back and forth to ensure that the partition board is not skewed during transportation. Partition pushing mechanism ensures accurate partition positioning.
5.1The pedal part
The main frame is welded with high quality carbon steel, and the surface is laid with anti-skid pattern plate of aluminum. Both sides are equipped with guardrail, and the end is equipped with ladder and handrail.

6.1Automatic basket turnover track

6.2Artificial basket turnover track

The basket track is made of stainless steel.
7.Control system
The whole system is automatically controlled by PLC programmable controller. Each transmission module is installed with positioning detection switch, production operation can realize automatic operation, without manual intervention. Equipped with control box, touch control panel can display: real-time product information and equipment operation parameters (optional). Safety emergency stop switch and other safety devices to ensure equipment safety and personal safety; Convenient for workers to control equipment.
